Are your bags guaranteed?
If any of our bags break or split, within 30 days of purchase, just return the damaged bag(s) along with verification of purchase. If your bag(s) damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace* your bag(s) for free. If, upon receipt of your bag(s), it is determined that the damage was due to no fault of the manufacturing process, such as: improper storage, negligence, carelessness or a result of external source/malicious playing habits, (For example, the bag(s) split due to a hitting sharp corner or improperly constructed boards.), or any other unforeseen situations where the damage is of no fault of ours or the fabric company, a refund will not be provided. In this case, repair services are available, charges apply, or you may purchase a replacement. If your damaged bag(s) is not covered under the guarantee, for reasons listed above, and you would like the bag(s) returned to you, returns will be at your cost.
